It doesn't live up to the standards of a half-dozen currently TV and film projects of different names.

Although the humor is there, this is not Fox's "Teen Wolf." This one has darker tones and considerably more bite.

I'm more surprised than anyone to report that this Buffy-esque drama/comedy/horror show is pretty damn good.

Teen Wolf stands not only as a necessary critique of exceptionalism but also of the idea that parents, either by nature or nurture, really have all the control they imagine over how their children turn out.

Tyler Posey couldn't be more perfect, or more teen-hunky, as newly bitten werewolf Scott McCall.

The show plays out with a generally lackluster vibe, except in the performances of Posey and O'Brien, who wisely choose to avoid heavy-duty brooding and pouting.
