The use of mid-20th-century music in a few of the scenes in "The Gathering" [was] a subtle yet clever way to remind viewers of Claire's true home without having to rely too heavily on those flashbacks. Point pleasantly taken.

I was disappointed by how easily Claire backed down from her plan... I wish the writers played it out so that the scene fell more in line with her character.
