Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele are free to play and jab and throw a haymaker from time to time while talking about race, politics and poverty because they're just under the mainstream radar and that's where the best comedy lives.

Given the success of the show so far... it would have been really easy to come back this season and coast. Instead, the duo and their creative partners decided to try something else. Key & Peele took a big risk, and it led to a huge creative reward.
