Description
The story begins with a series of powerful scenes. In the Nor region of Northern Norway and the border area with Russia, the Cold War is over, but there are still many fires that rekindle. In the surroundings of the small village of Djupelv, a little girl called Celia disappears, as the army appears to be going back to investigate the case in order to reach what could spark new fires between Norway and Russia.
