Description
The story begins with a series of FBI schemes and the latest forensic technology enough to catch the most famous criminals in the country. The investigative office may not be able to do that, as two Texans (Kevin Costner and Woody Harrelson) are recruited to do the job. Now, the binary begins to look for solutions to accomplish the task through their instincts and old school skills that can achieve real achievement.
