Description
In an attempt to track down a dangerous serial killer, who murders women and kids in a brutal way and burns them after their death, a national agency makes a clone for the killer and asks Riley, a retired police officer to cooperate with the replicant.

Replicant doesn't even come close to some of Van Damme's better flicks (Timecop and Sudden Death), but it's certainly an improvement over what he's been up to lately.
