Description
In order to have its freedom and get rid of such a boring life, Scamp, a young dog lives with a family that put restricted rules, the thing that makes its rage, has run away to street, where it meets a group of cruel and dangerous gang of dogs, so it struggles against returning to home, or staying at street.
