Maybe there are kids who'll take to Ghosthunters, although presumably they're the same kids who enjoy shoving crayons up their own noses. Boo. And not in a spooky, good way.

It features a cacophony of conflicting accents, a write-by-numbers narrative and some truly pitiful special effects.

Aimed very much at little people who don't notice so-so special effects, plot holes, logical inconsistencies, out-of-synch dubbing (it started off in German and the English was added afterwards).
