Description
The film revolves around a series of dramatic events full of criminal facts in the life of a man named Bill, a seat who works as a writer who walks around the streets, watches people and writes about them. While walking, he meets a thief and watches him, but he does not do what will happen with him. He will fall in love with one and ask her to meet him on time.
